This segment demands a high level of technical competence, an understanding of emerging markets trends and consumption patterns, plus a quick response to customer needs.
To achieve this level of functioning, RMCL has nurtured a team of technocrats as well as shop floor specialists. Working in perfect harmony, this team has today led RMCL to the forefront of delivering packaging solutions to a diverse set of national and international clientele.
The team has at the helm Mr. Anil Agarwal the founder chairman of the company who has led Radha Madhav with determination and vision to its present stage.
In this endeavour he is ably assisted by Mr. Mitesh Agarwal, his elder son, who is a Polymer Engineer from MIT Pune, with a Masters Program in Business Administration, MSc. in International Management from Brookes College in Oxford and who has also studied British Economy in Rewley House, University of Oxford.
Mr. Abhishek Agarwal a BCS graduate, from Daekin University, Australia is the younger son of Shri Anil Agarwal and he is a keen participant in the business.
This team is well complemented by the expertise of Mr. Serge Lapointe who brings to RMCL his vast experience in international packaging solutions.
This core team is supported by a well informed, motivated and experienced team of plastic engineers, mould and die experts, production managers, customer service team who are constantly looking out for new ways to do things.
